Trend Generator takes the Internets obsession with trends to next level through letting its users become instant graphic designers (even the ones with no background knowledge of design) for a mere £1.49. This projects aim is to conduct a social experiment amongst designers by generating graphic design using the app to deceive viewers into believing it has been designed and not in fact generated using an iPhone.

The project observes how graphic design is viewed amongst other professionals in the industry but also to what extent can an application create graphic design and if it can have lasting impact on the industry, replacing the need for graphic designers for certain tasks.
