Jon Noar- preserves animity, humours depiction, man cleaning van, communications dissatisfaction in wealth 'we are here we will not be ignored'. Tried to contain commissioned graf but takes away the reason for it.
Neo expressionism- fuses idea of written message and visual message. Same old shit- poetic but confusing style. Asking questions with no answer. Unauthored statement.
Keith Haring- message about sexuality and aids because they were huge at this time. Criticised for making money out of something that initially started as just trying to spread a message.
Video game culture using graf in their adverts. Ads trying to appeal to youth, distortion of the idea of graf, no message, no rebellion.
Invader- pieces around the city. 'invasion' that cant be removed. Interactive maps where you can tick them off. Wants you to take a journey around the city, almost like a pacman collecting images.
